Who We Are?
Lauren “Loz” Elliott was a vibrant soul — a nurse, Sheffield United superfan, sister, proud godmother and the life of every party. Diagnosed in 2014 with a rare sarcoma, Lauren spent five unforgettable years battling her illness with courage, humour and unshakable positivity.
She raised over £90,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust alongside her biker family, League of Zeal MCC, and created memories that still ripple through the communities she touched. One of her most legendary creations — much to the demise of many a punter — was the “Loz Bomb”, a cocktail she crafted at the Old Goats Grumble festival.
A bold twist on a Jägerbomb, it swapped out Jägermeister for Limoncello, and quickly became a local favourite. To this day, it’s still asked for in village pubs — and it’s where our 🍋 lemon theme proudly comes from.
💛 Lauren passed away on 26 June 2019 — but her energy, laughter and love inspire every wish we grant.
Granting Wishes to Teens Facing Cancer
What We Do?
At Lauren’s Legacy, we support teenagers and young adults aged 13–24 currently undergoing cancer treatment. Whether it’s:
Concert tickets to see their favourite band
A family break to make new memories
A new iPad or games console
Home comforts to make recovery easier
100% of donations go to the young people — no admin fees, no salaries, just meaningful impact.
